Description:

Meet Troy, a cheerful little robot with a patchwork heart and a wonderfully wonky smile. He loves making friends, spreading kindness, and turning ordinary days into little celebrations. With Troy around, there’s always something to smile about.

The front of each pillow is made from 100% linen, while the back is finished with a coordinating fabric chosen to match the character.

Designed with a soft carry handle and a zipper, Troy is made for both play and practicality. The removable insert allows the cover to be washed, helping it stay fresh for years of adventures.

Delivery & Responsibility:

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Pin-nee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to locate the package or file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking information or documentation to support this process.   Because each Pin-nee pillow is handmade it may take up to four weeks to fulfill your order.

Cleaning instructions:

For lasting softness and shape, we recommend washing in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang dry away from direct sunlight to preserve color.
