Because each Pin-nee pillow is thoughtfully made please allow up to four weeks for your handmade Pin-nee pillow to be carefully created and prepared for shipment.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Pin-nee is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance. We are always happy to provide tracking information to help support the process.
