Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Pin-nee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to locate the package or file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking information or documentation to support this process.   Because each Pin-nee pillow is handmade it may take up to four weeks to fulfill your order.
